There has to be a better way.

They must be doing something wrong in the developed world.

Cast your mind back to the last time you were out on the streets, or anywhere in & around people. Keep in mind the people you saw walking around.

It cannot be proven (because technically nothing can be proven true) but I aim to present a compelling hypothesis that the single largest contributor to this difference between humans & animals is the relationship with food.

Animals change to their surroundings. Humans change the environment to themselves.

That is not a controversy in itself, but it's led to a sizable issue with how they do food.

Unlike most animals, they have adapted our surroundings so well that they don't must spend most of our time preoccupied with eating.

The human race as a whole is lucky with considerable food, & although there's plenty of humans in the world who don't have to eat, overall, they have conquered the issue with food supply. (The challenges with the global distribution of food are outside the scope of this programme.)

However, this has only come about comparatively recently in evolutionary terms, & it is the root cause of plenty of predominantly human health-related issues such as diabetes, high blood-pressure, heart conditions & even cancer.

The health of the developed world is in crisis, not because of circumstances beyond our control, but as a direct result of circumstances they have controlled: How they eat.

Most of the current causes of premature death in the developed world are as a direct result of how we have been eating.

Ideally, we'd like to live like animals in the wild. Chasing prey day, dead the next, because all the organs and body's systems have failed at about the same time.

Humans often die despite having most of their systems in nice shape. Death occurs because technique has had a complete failure and brought about the early demise.
